Les b\u00e2timents brutalistes des ann\u00e9es 1960 et 1970 sont encore souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des \"monstres\". La Carte Brute vise \u00e0 changer cela : Le guide pliant en double page au format A1 incite les lecteurs \u00e0 red\u00e9couvrir le paysage b\u00e9ton-brut de la Suisse. L\u2019\u00e9glise Saint Antoine de B\u00e2le, construite entre 1925 et 1927 par l'architecte Karl Moser, est le premier \u00e9difice sacr\u00e9 en b\u00e9ton de Suisse. Cette initiative n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie par tout le monde \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque : au cours des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les gens la moquent par le sobriquet  \"silo des l'\u00e2mes\". Le halle des ma\u00e7ons de l'\u00c9cole professionnelle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de B\u00e2le, construite entre 1956 et 1961, est un exemple de l'architecture d'apr\u00e8s-guerre. Le hall a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par Hermann Baur avec d'autres architectes. Avec ses formes g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, il rappelle un peu l'origami, mais aux dimensions d'une nef. Un autre classique est le b\u00e2timent de l'\u00e9cole Neumatt \u00e0 Aesch. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par Walter F\u00f6rderer, Rolf Otto et Hans Zwimpfer de 1959 \u00e0 1962 : L'escalier ouvert \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, autour duquel sont dispos\u00e9es les salles de classe individuelles, est impressionnant. M\u00eame dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, le b\u00e2timent attirait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des \u00e9tudiants en architecture. Tout cela est rendu visible dans la Carte Brute, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par \"Heartbrut\" : D'une part, il s'agit d'une plateforme en ligne qui informe et documente le brutalisme en Suisse. D'autre part, \"Heartbrut\" publie \u00e9galement des \u00e9ditions imprim\u00e9es de temps \u00e0 autre.
