Fragt man die Bewohner, schw\u00e4rmen sie von der<br \/>weitl\u00e4ufigen Aussicht, den ruhigen und bezahlbaren Wohnungen, N\u00e4he zur Natur und ausgezeichneten Tramverbindungen in die City. Die rautenf\u00f6rmig angelegten Zweieinhalb- und Dreizimmerwohnungen sind mit 42, respektive 55 Quadratmetern zwar f\u00fcr heutige Verh\u00e4ltnisse kompakt bemessen. Dank gut geschnittenem Grundriss und Designdetails wie Schiebet\u00fcren, hohen Decken, bodentiefen Fenstern und Kl\u00f6tzchenparkett wirken sie jedoch wesentlich grossz\u00fcgiger. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen kleinen Balkon.
