We run through a desert on burning feet, all of us are glowing our golden faces LOOK twisted and shiny – that’s a great slogan for a day dream for a week that is transitioning from Indian summer bliss into a grey, pre-autumnal drizzle. It is also the title of the concrete-based Ugo Rondinone sculptures, currently on show at Galerie Eva Presenhuber in Zurich. Doesn’t this number look like it is about to throw off its dress into the desert wind with a “je m’en fous”-attitude? Raw, rebellious and nude and pretty – that’s classic béton brut attitude.

Go see during Zurich Art Weekend –  your perfect warm-up to Art Basel, which will finally be taking place again as an in-person event next week.
